** I took the time to look at the site. Oh how it is so impressive. I looked through a large part of it, but the part that I keep going back to is the video of Elliott going down the water slide. While its obvious I can just see and hear him, it is so neat to hear every little inflection in his voice and twinkle in his eyes and know that that is Elliott. He is missed.
2018
Elliott has been a mentor to me for a very long time and also in the years since his passing-- I often think, WWED-- What would Elliott do? There are many situations where I find myself going beyond my comfort zone just because I thought if Elliott could have, or would have, or did something, I can at least try.
I think of him often and appreciated reading some of the stories in his web-site and passed on the story about learning to fly to a young pilot friend of mine.
I started playing the accordion 10 years ago and stopped it a few years ago and have not touched it since. I know Elliott would stop a hobby without remorse and sell or give away the item. I keep thinking-- do something! Play it or trade it, but don't just let it sit there. But it sits.....
